At ANS Luxury, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

  • The item is not marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perfumes (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (unless received defective)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for size or product (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch → Full refund

  • After dispatch → Cancellation not allowed


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider.
